Last week Marcozzi Masonry restoresd the flagstone front stoop to one if our customers homes.

The base of the flagstone deteriorated and needed to be replaced. After saving majority of the original flagstone relayed them and repointed the flagstone fromt stoop.

Check out our latest chimney stucco remediation project some before during and after pics enjoy.

Marcozzi Masonry put a Sand stucco finish on, after removing all the old deteriorated stucco. Stucco wire was nailed on to add the extra suport needed ,base coat applied and a sand coat finish with a fresh coat of paint to match the house. The bricks were reported and the chimney crown on top replaced.

Just some finishing touches done today. Some before and after on a basement job.
Marcozzi Masonry removed the old mortar down to the stone walls and parged the walls with multiple coats of mortar.

Water deteriorated the basement walls due to water from the gutters (that did not have gutters extenders) that where pouring water back into the basement. Cousing the deterioration of the mortars on the walls.

The customer was getting water
in their house and damaged the ceiling of their living room due to cracking and deterioration of the mortar. Due to the deterioration in the mortar the water was able to get in through the chimney.
