First up: Anne Marie, our New Business & Policyholder Service Team Member, who celebrated an incredible 49 years with Evolution this year!

Anne Marie started as a receptionist and has grown alongside Evolution for nearly five decades. Today, she's the person coordinating new business, solving problems, supporting our Financial Professionals and helping them reach their goals.

So, what's kept her here for 49 years? The people.

For Anne Marie, Evolution is a place where everyone has each other's back, where challenges are worked through together and where coworkers become family.
And there's more to Anne Marie than keeping everything running! She's an avid Christmas cookie baker, loves country concerts and enjoys spending time with her family and two grandkids.

She's a big part of what makes Evolution, Evolution.

MEET THE FINANCIAL PROFESSIONAL: MIKE WILSON, LUTCF 👋

Mike Wilson’s career path didn’t exactly start where you might expect.
He went to school for fashion merchandising with plans to become a buyer. Then a family friend introduced him to financial services, and one interview changed the direction of his career.

He passed his exams, entered the industry in 2006, and as Mike puts it: He never looked back.

There was also a familiar face at the beginning of that journey: Dave Jacowitz, who was one of Mike’s original managers. Years later, that relationship helped bring Mike to Evolution in 2016.

For Mike, Dave’s leadership and the culture he has built were major reasons for making the move to Evolution - and major reasons he’s still here a decade later.

“It’s the best culture I’ve experienced.”

Mike describes Evolution as family-oriented, communicative, supportive - and definitely not fake or boring. From office get-togethers to sporting events and tailgates, he values actually enjoying the people you work alongside. That same focus on relationships carries into his work.

Mike enjoys working with business owners and high-income earners, but his favorite part of the career is simple: Meeting people. He is known to say, "When your financial representative truly cares, peace of mind isn't just possible - it's part of the strategy.” And that is how he approaches his business.

Outside of work, Mike loves staying active, playing tennis and football, working out and traveling.

His coworkers might need more than three words to describe him: Fun. Loyal. Outgoing.

After nearly 20 years in the industry and 10 years with Evolution, Mike still loves that no two days - or two people - are exactly the same.

For Andres Morales, helping people transform has always been part of his story.

Before entering financial services, Andres built a career in training and fitness - helping people become stronger, healthier and more confident. But he also had a growing passion for something else: Generational wealth.

In 2020, Andres made the transition into financial services, taking that same drive to help people grow and applying it to their financial lives.

Today, as a Financial Professional at Evolution Financial Group, Andres focuses on business owners and family-owned businesses, helping them think about what they're building today, the legacy they want to create, and how they ultimately want to pass it forward.

His favorite part of the job?
💡 The “Aha!” moment.

That moment when a client begins to see possibilities they didn't realize were there.

After previous experience with New York Life and MassMutual, Andres came to Evolution looking for a culture shift - and leadership played a major role in finding it.
For Andres, Dave Jacowitz and Neal Regino represent the kind of leadership he was looking for: Supportive, engaged, and genuinely invested in the people around them.
It wasn’t just about finding a different firm. It was about finding the right people to build alongside.

But helping people grow extends well beyond Andres's career.

🏈 He played Division I football at Rutgers and later started his own nonprofit travel football team to mentor and develop young athletes.

🤝 He also leads a men's discipleship program at his church.

👨‍👧‍👧‍👧 And at home, he's a proud dad to three daughters.

His coworkers describe him in three words: Kind. Disciplined. Focused.

And whether he's working with a business owner, mentoring an athlete, serving at his church, or raising his daughters, one thing stays consistent: Andres is passionate about helping people build something stronger for the future.
