How are you taking in the fall colors this October?

Morten Lassen: ‘Unspoken’ opens this Saturday at our London gallery. The artist will be present from 10am-2pm.

Whilst avoiding formal associations, the paintings in this exhibition invite engagement. The geometric structures suggested by the artist’s vertical and horizontal brushstrokes and allusive pencil markings lend a sense of balance within the chaos. There is, perhaps, an unspoken sense of tension between opposing forces, that reflects the varying pressures and consolations of the modern world, capturing Lassen’s desire to go off grid, and escape through his methodical process of creation.

We had such an amazing time at the Hamptons Fine Art Fair earlier this month. Connecting with local artists and galleries was fantastic (we did custom framing for 6 of the galleries that participated at the show!). Can't wait for next year!
