It doesn't mean you lack willpower. It means you need some help creating eating habits that sustain you.
One step you can take is eating regularly. This doesn't mean denying yourself a mid-day snack because you "can't possibly be hungry." It means listening when you feel hungry and giving your body energy. 🥪
