FLASH BACK 10 YEARS AGO TODAY:
The NIPPON FOUNDATION of JAPAN was one of VNAH’s major supporters/donors. With their support, VNAH has provided over 60,000 artificial limbs and wheelchairs to amputees and built more than 100 elementary schools and dormitories in the rural areas in Vietnam.
This enduring, high-impact partnership has significantly shaped disability support and education in the region.

On April 18, 2026, The U.S. Consulate General in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam joins Vietnamese disability organizations and government partners to celebrate Vietnam Annual Disability Day

Flash back 11 years ago...
In July 2014, VNAH supported the 82nd Airborne Division Wounded Warrior Committee to provide comfort items to the wounded and injured Paratroopers of the 82nd Airborne Division.

With more than 55,000 soldiers, the 82nd Airborne Division is the most lethal, Elite Rapid Response, known as the heart of the Global Response Force (GRF), the division specializes in high-stakes, joint forcible entry operations.

31 years ago – 1994 – VNAH supported some important activities in Vietnam aimed to engage both US and Vietnam governments to work together to provide humanitarian assistance to thousands of Agent Orange Victims.

VNAH so grateful and humble to receive this statement from Senator Patrick Leahy. With Senator Leahy steadfast support since the early 1990s, the cooperation of the Vietnamese Government and the support of many other organizations and individuals, together we helped so many people and children with disabilities in Vietnam.
