Exciting news!
After an incredible journey at a truly great local mortgage banking company, Home Savings & Trust Mortgage, I have started a new company called Maple Avenue Home Loans.

In this video I quickly explain what the DC area veteran affairs loan limits are going to be and what this means for veteran home buyers this year.
Here is a brief description on how some of our buyers are able to get a loan on a new house using veteran affairs, when they already have a VA loan in place. This helps to wright a non-contingent offer, to keep a rental property, to buy without selling first and alleviate some of the timing issues people have when buying and selling.
