A FEMA SAFER funded grant to assist volunteer fire departments with their recruitment and retention

The Volunteer Workforce Solutions (VWS) programs use SAFER recruitment and retention grants to study traditional recruiting methodologies as well as Geographic Information system (GIS) based methodologies.
