🟩 Position: Spanish–English Recruitment Coordinator

🟩 Required Spanish Level:
• Minimum: B1 (Conversational)
• Preferred: B2 (Fluent speaking & listening)
• Must be comfortable speaking Spanish on phone / WhatsApp
• English communication required for internal meetings and reports

🛠 Key Responsibilities
• Communicate with Spanish-speaking applicants through calls, WhatsApp, and Zoom
• Conduct pre-screening interviews in Spanish
• Collect and organize candidate information (CV, basic documents)
• Provide job-related information to candidates clearly
• Maintain applicant database and follow-up lists
• Coordinate with the international recruitment team in English
• Support candidates with instructions and general guidance

💼 Requirements
• Strong Spanish speaking and listening skills
• Good English communication
• Confident with phone conversations
• Able to handle WhatsApp, Messenger, Google Sheets
• Previous experience in call center, HR, or recruitment is an advantage
• Must be professional, polite, and disciplined
