Come and cultivate good soil with us in 2024! We're so thankful that The Mission Table and other Great Commission resources continue to be a blessing to so many around the globe. Help us continue to serve the local church with great resources like The Mission Table!
At Sixteen:Fifteen, we’re committed to cultivating good soil. It’s not glamorous work. It’s not as fun as throwing harvest parties with gathered crops and celebratory cider. But cultivation is a crucial step in producing good fruit. Through coaching, workshops, and resources, we are helping churches and agencies remove the obstacles in their fields, break up the fallow ground, and prepare to receive the vision God has for their unique role in fulfilling
the Great Commission.
We firmly believe there will not be a new missions movement among the unreached until there is a new missions mobilization movement among churches. God has promised to reap a harvest among all nations.
Will you help us break up the fallow ground and cultivate good soil and haste the harvest day?

This time of year, we think a lot about harvests and thankfulness. But for many of us, it’s easy to forget the food on our tables today had to grow from seed months ago. And the fields it was grown in were probably cultivated years ago. Harvests don’t happen by accident. At Sixteen:Fifteen, it’s our privilege to serve at the beginning of the harvest cycle. We help churches and agencies cultivate good soil so Gospel fruit can be harvested among those with no access to the Gospel.
God is doing amazing things all around the world, through ordinary churches who have said “yes” to his invitation to participate in the Great Commission. We love getting to hear stories of transformation, and for the first time in 5 years, we have an end-of-year report to share some of the stories with you.

Recently, someone told me (Matthew) I sounded like a broken record. At first, it bothered me, but I realized it could be a good thing. Watch this video to see why I changed my mind: http://ow.ly/hPmG50LF4KJ

We are so thankful for all of our ministry partners, but the amazing people at Shepherd's Staff Mission Facilitators have been amazing partners and friends from day ONE.
They are passionate about seeing every local church engaged in global missions and helping churches fulfill their unique global vision by offering a broad range of essential services that help them send well.
Make sure and give them a follow and check out their website.
Do you notice this pattern in other areas as well? Do we (as a society) tend to focus on the deeds of the minority of a group as opposed to the majority?
Make sure and watch this episode on YouTube and leave your comments!
