Collin County, we want to hear from you.
LifePath Systems is conducting a Community Needs Assessment to better understand what’s working, what’s not, and where we need to grow when it comes to mental health and substance use services.
This is your chance to share what you’re seeing and experiencing — whether that’s challenges accessing care, gaps in services, or ideas for how things could be better.
Your feedback will help shape future planning right here in Collin County and across Texas, so services are more accessible, effective, and responsive to real community needs.
The survey is brief and open to anyone who lives or works in Collin County.

For 40 years, LifePath Systems has been part of the support system for people and families across Collin County. That support can look different from person to person:
- Crisis care during difficult moments
- Counseling and behavioral health services
- Early intervention for children
- Support for individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities
- Helping people navigate systems that can feel overwhelming
The Foundation’s 40 for 40 campaign helps continue that work for the next generation of people who need it. This Mental Health Awareness Month, we’re reminded that strong communities are built through consistent care, connection, and support over time — not just during moments of crisis.

Support looks different at different points in life. For people with intellectual and developmental disabilities, it might mean building skills, finding routine, or gaining more independence over time.

Mental health starts earlier than a lot of people realize. With young kids, it often shows up in how they communicate, connect, or react to what’s around them. Support at that stage can make a difference over time. There’s no single timeline for how kids grow. Just different paths. https://www.lifepathsystems.org/
