Updated drone video from our MHC Development in Dallas. Getting close to completing utilities and waiting on the City to release our paving permit.
Dallas MHC progress video. Utilities have begun to go in the ground. Mass Grading continued across site.
In March we broke ground on a new manufactured home community in Dallas. This 70+ acre development will have 437 homes. The amenity center will have a work out facility, indoor and outdoor kitchens, a computer lab for residents and a MOVIE THEATER! In addition to all of that other amenities include a resort style pool with cabanas, playgrounds, dog parks, basketball court, and a soccer field.

Our Denton County development is really taking shape. 76 acres looks small from way up in the sky. Closer to the ground storm drains started this week. Soon streets will be going in and we will be on the home stretch.
