Smile Makeover Tuesday ✨
Sometimes it really is one small detail that changes the whole smile.
This patient was born without a permanent canine, so Dr. Ross restored the missing tooth in a way that blends naturally with the rest of the smile. The goal wasn’t to make everything look “perfect” or overly done, just to restore what was missing and keep the result looking like them.

We ranked ten fall drinks by staining potential, and honestly some of these surprised us.
Coffee’s the obvious one, but tea drinkers should probably brace themselves too, black tea is no joke when it comes to staining. And the ones with cream in them aren’t off the hook either, the coffee’s still under there doing its thing the whole time you’re sipping.
Basically, if it’s warm, brown, and you’re holding onto it for an hour while it goes cold, your teeth are feeling it.

The State Fair opens for its first weekend at Fair Park, McKinney Oktoberfest is happening right downtown and it’s free, dinosaurs have taken over the Heard Museum with a 40 foot T-Rex, and there’s a train show over at the Plano Event Center if your kid is going through a train phase right now.
Four totally different vibes depending on what kind of weekend you’re in the mood for. Big and loud, local and easy, dinosaurs, or trains.

Bleeding gums get brushed off constantly. A little pink in the sink, no big deal, right? But that inflammation doesn’t always stay contained to your gums. It can add to what your whole body is already carrying, and for anyone managing diabetes or heart health, that matters more than people realize.
We’re not saying this to scare you. We’re saying it because by the time gum disease actually hurts, some of the damage underneath has usually already happened. Catching it early is so much easier than fixing it later.
If your gums bleed when you brush or floss, don’t wave it off as normal. It’s common, but common and normal aren’t the same thing.

Ten years in, we asked Dr. Ross what actually makes this place different, and his answer wasn’t about the building or the equipment.
It’s about how dentistry has quietly turned transactional almost everywhere. In and out, next patient, see you whenever. What they’ve built here is the opposite of that. Patients who come back every six months (or earlier if needed) not because a reminder text told them to, but because it feels like coming back to people who know them. Family.
That’s a harder thing to build than a beautiful office, and it’s the part you can’t really show in a photo.
