Question of the day: Are you trying to control others perception of you? If so, let me remind you that no matter how hard you try they will still think whatever they want to think! Focus on what you can actually control instead, which is you!

Everything isn't directly about you and sometimes your insecurities and self doubt will have you believing they were talking about you, they were intentionally trying to wrong you, or that they just didn't like you. But guess what? You're not responsible for someone else's perception of you nor can you control it! Stop making or taking it personal and focus on YOU!
