APRIL 2022 - BATHROOM REMODEL

Complete overhaul. Client decided they wanted to put in a much bigger shower and modernize the room. Since this was in a basement, we had to cut through the cement slab to move drains around and shifted the doorway to the other side of the wall to accommodate for the larger shower without moving the toilet. The shower got floor to ceiling tile including the ceiling, new floors, vanity, toilet, and finished it off with a barn door entry.

JULY 2023 - BATHROOM REMODEL
Client wanted to expand their powder room into a full bath. An interior wall had a cavity behind it for a gas fireplace. We removed the fireplace and expanded the bathroom to accommodate enough space for a shower stall. Matched hardwood flooring, moved toilet plumbing, new smaller vanity.

MAY 2023 - BATHROOM REMODEL

Complete bathroom overhaul. Began as just replacing the shower but then requested to do all new. Original plan was to only replace drywall where plumbing/electrical was going and the clients decided they were going to strip the wallpaper themselves, after trying it out in a different room they decided to replace all of the drywall. New flooring, vanity, toilet, shower stall, and fixtures all around.

Nice little project. Removed swimming pool and built a gazebo in its place.
