Black Bird Grill at Sherwood Forest Faire
Today we are making Cold pressed juice at the Black Bird!
We had a wonderful and productive FOF move in weekend at the Black Bird Grill. Seeing old friends and making new ones all while turning out amazing food is what we love to do.
Well it is almost time for me to put my chef coat back on folks. The Sherwood Forest medieval fair opens in a little over a month. Which means I go back to work for the Black Bird Grill &Tavern for another amazing season. See you soon Friends!

Coming full circle in my career! Returning to work with Kathey Fox and the Club in Michigan. The exact kinda place it all started 41 years ago. With the same lady! Amazing for my heart and soul as a professional cook!
