The Paloma, which means "dove" in Spanish, is widely regarded as one of Mexico's favorite cocktails.
Its exact origins are somewhat murky, but it is believed to have emerged in the mid-20th century, around the same time tequila began gaining popularity.
We love to make our Paloma's with Carabuena Reposado Tequila. The rich and smoky flavors pair perfectly with the grapefruit and sweetness of the Paloma.
