Thank you to the Crawfish Boil Foundation for selecting Silver Ribbon Community Partners as one of the beneficiaries of this year’s Crawfish Boil proceeds.
This generous donation will help us provide critical support to 12–15 elderly individuals and adults with disabilities in our community who are facing a crisis—assisting with rent, utilities, medical expenses, and the purchase of durable medical equipment.
We were also honored to participate in a short interview highlighting one of our clients, Lucy Garcia. Lucy shared how grateful she was to receive support during a difficult time and how she was inspired when Ms. Ochoa saw her potential and referred her to the AARP Senior Employment Program. Today, she is proudly working with Silver Ribbon Community Partners—the same organization that once helped her.
Her story is a powerful reminder that even in challenging times, there is always hope—and that support can truly change lives. 💜
