Even between commercial projects, we always make time to take care of our residential and small business clients throughout the Rio Grande Valley! This week our team is performing a full detach and reset to allow for a new roof installation!

This facility is more than an energy project. We are structurally reinforcing the foundation, strengthening the existing building, installing a completely new roof system, and preparing the site for long term operational use.

The Rio Grande Valley keeps building. Another cold storage solar project is taking shape as more modules and material hit the ground this week.

We’ve recently stepped in to assist with a growing backlog of residential solar and battery installations, bringing the same level of precision, safety, and ex*****on that defines our C&I work.

This project features a full solar + battery installation across 8 arrays on steep roof pitches, a scope that demands strong field coordination and experienced crews.

We’re wrapping this system up today and ensuring it’s installed to the highest standard.

Out on a commercial site today conducting a system evaluation. As solar systems age, proactive inspections are critical to identify issues early and help avoid significantly higher repair or replacement costs down the road. Staying ahead of maintenance protects performance, safety, and long-term value, especially for important clients who rely on their systems every day.

This solar system is approaching a decade in service, and StarAlt Solar is onsite making sure everything continues to operate exactly as it should. Our visit includes panel cleaning, wire management, optimizer checks, inverter inspections, and addressing the small surprises that naturally come up over time.

Annual preventative maintenance like this can make a major difference, protecting system performance, extending equipment life, and avoiding costly issues down the road. A quick check once a year can save a lot of money over the long term.

Quinta Mazatlán, tucked away in the heart of McAllen, is a unique space where conservation, education, and thoughtful design come together. Years after the original installation, StarAlt Solar is proud to return to support the site following its recent renovations and park expansion.

Our team is conducting a detailed assessment of the PV system installed on the custom-built pergola, verifying performance, system health, and long-term reliability to ensure it continues operating exactly as intended.
