Paola Ayala is a 500+ hours certified yoga instructor and a trusted guide in the wellness community in the Rio Grande Valley. Her work is rooted in the believe that healing begins when we come back to our breath, our body and our presence.

With a background in yoga, sound healing and enery-based therapies, Paola brings an intuitive and deeply calming approach to her sessions - one that empowers others to tune inward and realign from within.
Her classes are known for their softness and strength, holding space for people of all levels to feel safe, seen, and supported in their own personal journey.
Her intentions in each practice is for everyone to find peace in their bodies, quiet in their minds, and spaciousness in their heart.
