Big thank you to my friend Rob for coming to work for this project. I can't thank him enough for accepting my barter for labor. In the coming weeks this will get stained and trim work added.
Thank you to my mother for helping me cut down and haul away the old shed. I appreciate your help knowing the heat gets to you.
Tomorrow back inside the A/C to finish interior work.

Quick 3 hours this morning sanded and put on a 3rd coat of poly to counters. Now off I go for the rest of the day, errands to run.
Making forward movement. ❤️

This room will be mom's sewing room. Absolutely in love with the color, "Sunrise in Tahiti".
I still have to build her work desk and shelving inside the closet area, so keep your eyes out fir continued updates. 😀

Just realizing that two photo uploads of Mom's house remodel have not made it through. I guess I will upload in smaller amounts.
The past several weeks have been full work days. With old house remodel as things get opened up more problems need addressing. Hence the reason she is in moved in yet. I continue to make headway and the end results are going to be beautiful. Patience is a virtue.
I need to shout out to my mother(Gail) for coming to assist when she is able too. Also, to my son, Zach and his girlfriend, Kayla for using their vacation time to come down for a week to help me install additional floor joists, supports and bracing underneath Mom's house. I greatly appreciate you all.
Here are some progress photos of the master bedroom/bath and front entry hall.
Off to work I go.

And now to fill the Gap on the other side of the added on master bathroom.
I'm not sure why people choose to ignore water damage signs. 🤷🏼♀️🤔

Well, I found why the closet in the master bathroom had signs of leaking. 🤯🤦🏼♀️🤦🏼♀️🤦🏼♀️
I mean, come on, that's the most p*** poor caulk job I've ever seen. Let alone somebody explain to me why the siding wasn't cut away. And this was actually attached to the main of the house??
