📣 We are thrilled to share that Zane Smith will be joining us in late June as our new Student Minister. 📣

Zane came to know the Lord in elementary school and is originally from Stephenville. He attended Ranger College and later Howard Payne University, where he also played baseball. Zane enjoys sports, the outdoors, and spending time with friends and family. He and his wife, Megan, were married in November 2024, and we are excited to welcome them into our church family as we look forward to what the Lord will do through them, especially in the lives of our students.

We are excited to announce that May First Baptist Church will be hosting a Student Minister Candidate next weekend, May 2nd–3rd.

Please see the graphic below for details on the Meet & Greet and the Sunday service, where he will be preaching in view of a call. We invite you to join us for this important time in the life of our church.

We’re looking forward to what the Lord will do in this next season of May Students and in the life of our church!

Just a reminder that we will not have Midweek (May Kids / May Students / May Adults) this Wednesday night, April 15.

Midweek will resume on April 22, and April 29 will be our final Midweek before summer break.
