Summer cookouts are part of the season—but foodborne illness can take you out of the fight fast. Protect your team by making food safety part of the plan.
Before you fire up the grill:
✅ Wash hands, surfaces, and utensils.
✅ Keep raw meat separate from ready-to-eat foods.
✅ Cook meats to safe internal temperatures.
✅ Refrigerate leftovers within 2 hours (1 hour if it’s hot outside).
