We just had to share!

Hello everyone this Saturday we have a special guest stopping CFB.

He has been in the music Industry for 20 plus years. He has worked with Elvis Duran for the Morning Zoo/ Z100.

He left Z100 and is currently working with KTU 103.5 hosting the morning show with Carolina Bermundez.

His name is Greg T (https://www.instagram.com/gregtsworld/) . he is a local resident in the Monmouth County.

He reached out to me host his INSTAGRAM page .

He goes from place to place and tells everyone Where to Go for dining, outings, theme parks etc.

He will be attending the 9am class and posting videos of us working out and telling his fans how great our members are and why they should work out with CFB.

If you're interested you can participate with Greg by answering questions and telling fans about yourself. If you are shy, then smile and wave.
