Making chair yoga accessible to women over 50 by creating space where modifications are embraced, self care is a priority, & chgs lead to better life.
We also offer card readings, card reading parties, space clearing for your home & office spaces, yoga parties, etc.

TIPS
-Hands on the seat of the chair
-grab a ball from the kids room, a pillow, or something with a little "give" to squeeze
-belly button to the spine for support
-then move the knee around in a circle for 5, then reverse it for 5
-you may have to take a break between sets. I usually recommend 3 sets slowly building your way up to 10-20 each rotation. You'll thank me come the holidays!!

If plank on the floor is a no-go for you, then try it on the chair! You dont have to remove it totally just because it's hard. Just bring the floor up to you!!
Tips:
-press the chair away from you so your shoulder blades are on the back & not popping up.
-hold 5-10 breaths & just add more time as you go to build your upper body & core strength.
-A pro at plank?? Then reverse it so your feet are on the chair and hands on the ground. It's great for core strength. 👌
