Today was our last class of the school year 2025-26.
* Class started with *OM chanting* to concentrate the thoughts and enable us to focus.

* In *Yoga series*, we practiced steps for Paschimotaasan and Gaumukh Asana. We also revised the steps for Pranayama (Breathing) and Bhramari (Humming Bee) exercises that we learned in previous classes. Kids learned about the breathing cycle, alternate nostril breathing methods and value of practicing them help in concentration and release stress.
* As many of the school year activate wrapping up with tests and concerts/performances, we decided to play our kids most favorite *Jeopardy with questions from Panchtantra series and Elements of Nature series* we learned this year.
* For *Annual Day Picnic on May 16*, kids will be reciting Shloka and Bhajans in a group or individually. All who attended class today have been notified of the Bhajan/Shloka they are reciting. *If your child was absent today, please reach out to one of the admins to talk about the performance.*
* Class concluded with India national anthem and Aarti.
