One highlight was spending time with Landon Robinson, USNA '26, and the newest Cincinnati Bengal. Landon is also the founder of the Landon Robinson Foundation, a mental health advocacy organization dedicated to addressing youth su***de and supporting young people facing mental health challenges that too often go unseen and unspoken.
Jon was joined by his wife, Anya, as well as Phil Castellini, Nathan and Sharon Stierwalt, and many other friends and family members for a memorable day at Great American Ball Park.

Growth starts with reflection.
One of the most valuable aspects of TPI's Executive Performance Coaching is creating the space to slow down, assess how you lead, and identify opportunities for growth.
We're honored to receive feedback like this from a participant in our Executive Performance Coaching program. Their experience highlights the power of self-awareness and investing in yourself so you can better serve those around you.
A special thank you to TPI Executive Performance Coach Elliott Blodgett for helping leaders gain new perspectives, strengthen their capabilities, and perform at their highest level.
