I Just got off the phone with Santa.🎅 He told me he just paid off his loan on the sleigh which surprised me (the Bank has their hands on everything). I recommended he still carry comprehensive and collision coverage. The comprehensive was important if he hit a Reindeer. 🦌 Santa had to remind me Rudolph and his red nose worked as a beacon, silly me forgot. We made sure his bodily injury coverages were 250/500 and property damage was 100. The sleigh 🛷 is a classic so I set him up with Hagerty, which is a classic car carrier. Also made sure we got him an umbrella ☂️ policy (Santa has some assets, let me tell you). Made sure his log cabin 🏠 at the North Pole was properly insured as well.
Mrs. Claus was so happy she already referred me to all the Elves at the North Pole. ✅
Merry Christmas! 🎄🎁
Something to consider
Do you know the difference between an H1, H3 or H5 policy..... if not I’m here to help as it is the difference between whether or not your claim is paid based on functional value... which means if you have a 20-year-old couch then you might only get $100 to replace it... if it’s a replacement value and it needs to be replaced you get a new one.... so if you want to make sure that you have the proper coverage give me a call or message me

Did you know that your credit score affects your insurance premiums?
If you’re shopping for insurance .....regardless of who you go with ....just remember when you’re given a quote timing is critical .. So make sure you do your shopping within a short timeframe .... specifically if you wait nine weeks, which is what just happened that value will most likely not be the same.... doesn’t mean you won’t save money.... and it’s not to say you shouldn’t shop .....just know you need to do all of your shopping within a finite timeframe...

Here are some of the basic types of home insurance in most states:
HO-1: A bare-bones policy that has been discontinued in most states because home owners generally demand a broader range of coverage. HO-1 insurance covers your property against 10 common hazards, but if damage is caused by a hazard not specifically named by the policy, you may not be covered.
HO-2: This broadens the number of hazards covered to 16, but like the HO-1 policy this is a "named perils" policy, meaning if the cause of the damage is not specifically identified in the policy you are not covered.
HO-3: This type of policy is popular because it provides broader coverage than the two listed above. The HO-3 policy covers your home against all hazards unless they are specifically excluded. However, the contents of the home are only covered against hazards specifically listed in the policy.
HO-5: Designed to provide very broad coverage of both your home and its contents, an HO-5 policy protects both against all hazards except those specifically excluded by the policy.
HO-6: Commonly known as condo insurance or town home insurance, HO-6 policies protect owners of condominiums for damage to the portion of the property they own, as opposed to common areas of the property. It is a named perils policy and so only covers hazards specifically identified in the contract.
HO-08: Properties such as older homes couuld cost more to rebuild than they are worth on the market, and thus would be extremely expensive to insure. An HO-8 policy allows home owners to insure against 10 common hazards, but only to the extent of the home's market value.
