Your body is reflection of your daily habits, not what you do once in a while !
I missed my workout yea and the excitement to get my workout today is unexplainable .
If you workout regularly you know the feeling.
If you’re busy, lazy or feel intimidated by workouts, start slow but repeatedly do it and then experience the magic of satisfaction, love for yourself and self determination.
