June 1st is here, and Shenandoah Ridge is in full bloom! ☀️ From vibrant flowers to lush greenery, our beautiful entrance is ready to welcome residents and guests all summer long. Here's to sunny days, fresh beginnings, and enjoying the beauty of home. 💐✨

Today, we say goodbye to our amazing Leasing Consultant, Matthew, as he begins a new chapter in his career.

Matthew's journey at Shenandoah Ridge is one we're especially proud of. He started with us as a Groundskeeper and, through hard work, dedication, and a commitment to learning and growing, worked his way up to becoming one of our Leasing Consultants. His positive attitude, strong work ethic, and willingness to help wherever needed have made a lasting impact on our team and community.

While we're sad to see him go, we're excited for all the opportunities ahead and wish him nothing but success in his new role.

Today we celebrate Lindsey for 5 amazing years with SAM at Shenandoah Ridge Apartments! Since May 11, 2021, Lindsey has been such an important part of our team — always caring for our residents, helping wherever needed, and showing up every single day with dedication and heart.

Thank you for everything you do behind the scenes and for the care you put into this community. We truly appreciate you more than words can say, and Shenandoah Ridge would not be the same without you.

While a few missed the photo opportunity, your visit didn't go unnoticed! We love creating small moments to show how much we appreciate the incredible residents who call Shenandoah Ridge home. 🏡💛

Friendly Reminder, Shenandoah Ridge Residents! 💚 Starting June 1st, we will no longer accept any form of payment in the leasing office.

Going forward, payments can be made through your Resident Portal, Flex, or MoneyGram only. Need help getting everything set up? Reach out to the leasing office before it’s too late — we’re happy to help make the transition easy!
