Seeking process server to work with us as an independent contractor part time to full time. Applicant must be currently registered as a process server through Contra Costa or other California county. This is for a basic, level 1 process server and you would be serving basic subpoenas, civil, and criminal litigation for private citizens and attorney firms, conducting stakeouts, filing documents with the clerk, and keeping documentation of service attempts and completing proof of service. Does not require you to levy property or do other complex proess server tasks.
There is huge opportunity for growth with this company and in this position. We are a new business and with the right partner the sky is the limit.
Pay is per job compensated at a set rate depending on type of document being servecd.
