We are sure you have noticed we discontinued the Facebook live streams but we have created a podcast platform that has allowed us to expand and strengthen our library.
Cindy Foster, LCSW, NBCCH continues to provide you with her soothing voice to invoke a calm resetting of your autonomic nervous system. This is the first step in allowing yourself to continue discovering your own innate healing abilities and to develop and grow new internal resources.
The knowledge and experience on this podcast will help you to build more self-awareness, self-control and self-resiliency in this ever challenging and changing world we live in.
We invite you to join us again in this new venue! We have consistently received positive feedback from our postings. We take requests and the library will continue to expand each week with a new hypnosis, meditation, presentation and practices. You can unsubscribe at any time.
