Kudos to the KC Royals and the KC Chiefs along with KCP&L for providing EV Charging stations at the stadiums. Drive an EV to the stadium and you get premium parking between the stadiums.

There is plenty of electric power in the KC area for expected adoption of electric vehicles according to a study by Electrify Heartland.
Plenty of power in KC for electric vehicles | Electric Vehicle Charging Stations LilyPad EV was at the Midwest Energy Policy Conference at Bartle Hall in KC yesterday. We were one of the many clean transportation vendors exhibiting there. It was great to see the number of organizations working to make our transportation cleaner.

The Black and Veatch Foundation just awarded $200,000 to Kansas State University for the development of a solar powered electric vehicle charging station. K-State will be able to use this for significant research in the area.
