Be weather aware this week!

Look for several rounds of strong to severe storms this week beginning late tonight into Wednesday morning, when a warm front lifts northeast across the region. Uncertainty as to how far northeastward the strong/severe storms will hold together. Later on Wednesday, between the late afternoon and evening, the greatest risk for severe storms arrives with a cold frontal passage. All severe weather hazards are possible across the entire area. Finally, there is another risk for severe storms Thursday afternoon and evening, mainly focused in east-central Wisconsin. However, storm development and the severe threat will be highly dependent on how the storms evolve on Wednesday. Overall, make sure to stay up to date on the latest forecast and have multiple ways to receive warnings!
