Job Title: Administrative & Personal Assistant (Part-Time)

Hours: approximately 20 hrs per week but flexible.

​We are looking for a highly organized, "no task too big or small" professional to support our Office Manager and provide personal assistance to our leadership. This role is the glue that keeps both the office and the owner's daily life running smoothly.

Key Responsibilities
​Office & Customer Support:

​Customer Service: Act as the first point of contact—answering phones, responding to emails, and greeting clients with a professional demeanor.
​Administrative Support: Assist the Office Manager with filing, data entry, and maintaining office supplies.
​Scheduling: Manage the office calendar and coordinate meetings or appointments.

Personal Assistant Duties:
​
​Errands & Logistics: Handling occasional local errands (e.g., post office runs, picking up supplies) vendors, organizing events, or helping with seasonal tasks as needed.

​ What You Bring to the Table
​Reliability: You are punctual and follow through on every task.
​Discretion: You will be handling sensitive business and personal information; confidentiality is a must.
​Communication: You have excellent written and verbal skills (you know your way around a professional email).
