The eighth annual 40 Under 40 Community Bank Leaders awards, through the Independent Community Bankers of America , highlight the people who are shaping the present and future of the banking industry. The winners stand out for their achievements in the workplace and beyond, from improving operational efficiency and advocating for strong customer service to promoting financial literacy in the communities they serve.
