At Influential Drones, customer service is not an afterthought.
Even while managing more than 300 emails a day, our team remains committed to being responsive, accessible, and efficient when customers need support.
A recent 6-๐ฎ๐ฐ๐ฏ๐ต๐ฉ ๐ข๐ฏ๐ข๐ญ๐บ๐ด๐ช๐ด of our call center showed that our team averages 7 seconds to pick up the phone and 4 minutes and 30 seconds to address customer inquiries.
That means when customers call, they are not waiting in a queue, chasing support tickets, or wondering who to contact.
Given that the vast majority of our customers work in public safety,

Safe operations start with understanding the airspace. Pay attention to FAA Temporary Flight Restrictions! Many major metropolitan areas across the eastern United States will be impacted by enhanced airspace restrictions surrounding match locations and related security operations.
A TFR violation can result in enforcement action, even if the flight was otherwise legal under Part 107. As event dates approach, operators should expect evolving restrictions, security measures, and heightened airspace awareness requirements.

Stadiums already have strong security plans in place, but major event safety also includes the airspace above venues, fan zones, hotels, training sites, and public gathering areas.
The message is simple:
Unauthorized drone activity can be detected, reported, and referred to law enforcement. Flights in restricted areas may lead to penalties, confiscation, or criminal consequences.
This is part of a larger national security effort involving federal, state, and local partners. The FBI has provided counter-UAS training to select agencies, and federal funding has been awarded to help states and cities strengthen World Cup security.
Layered UAS detection helps public safety teams detect early, verify quickly, coordinate clearly, and respond lawfully.

Located in the County of San Bernardino, the Norton Test Range gives the uncrewed systems industry a real aviation environment to test, learn, and improve.
Our relationship with the UAS Center at SBD reflects what this industry needs most: safe testing, honest learning, aviation focused discipline, and practical support that helps teams move from concept toward responsible use.
Testing is not always about proving success. Sometimes the most valuable outcome is understanding what did not work, why it happened, and how to improve safely.

Every successful drone program starts with one thing: training.
This week, public safety professionals from multiple agencies came together to sharpen their knowledge, strengthen operational procedures, and build the skills needed to safely integrate drones into real-world missions. Whether supporting emergency response, search and rescue, tactical operations, disaster assessment, or critical infrastructure inspections, training ensures that technology becomes a force multiplierโnot just another tool.
At Influential Drones, we believe that confidence in the field is earned long before an aircraft ever leaves the ground. Through classroom instruction, scenario-based discussions, regulatory awareness, risk management, and hands-on flight operations, participants gain the knowledge necessary to make informed decisions when it matters most.

Last week team members from Influential Drones had the opportunity to visit Parkway Elementary School in Mount Laurel NJ, to introduce students to the exciting world of drones, aviation, robotics, and emerging technology.
One of the best parts of outreach like this is helping students realize that technology careers are not just something they see online or in movies. These are real opportunities happening right here in New Jersey and across the country.
A huge thank you to the teachers, staff, and students at Parkway Elementary for welcoming team members into the classroom to inspire future aviators of tomorrow.

We had a fantastic turnout at AUVSI Xponential for our interactive workshop on airspace readiness working with Seneca Nation Group.
The session focused on a practical question facing organizations: How prepared is your organization to support scalable, safe, and accountable drone operations.
The discussion reinforced an important message: successful drone programs are built on more than aircraft and software. They require clear mission objectives, trained personnel, documented procedures, executive support, funding, and a governance framework that can scale with operational demands.
Thank you to everyone who attended, asked thoughtful questions, and contributed to a highly engaged discussion. It was encouraging to see leaders from commercial industry, public safety, and government working together to assess where they are today and what steps are needed next.

Weโre grateful to be mentioned in Vertical Space Magazineโs article, โBuilding the Drone Workforce of Tomorrowโ by Sharon Rossmark.
The article highlights an important point: the future of the drone industry requires more than Part 107 certification. It requires practical training, regulatory understanding, safety discipline, and mission-specific experience.
That has always been Influential Dronesโ focus. We help public safety, government, education, and commercial operators build responsible drone programs grounded in safety, compliance, and real-world operational readiness.
The drone workforce of tomorrow is not just learning to fly. It is learning how to operate with purpose, accountability, and confidence.

We are 30 days away from FIFA World Cup 2026โข game start. As the excitement builds this graphic is an important reminder that safety and security extend beyond the stadium gates and into the airspace above them. The FAA has designated World Cup stadiums and surrounding event spaces as strict โNo Drone Zones,โ and unauthorized drone flights in these areas are a serious federal violation. The FAA says these restrictions are being put in place to help protect players, fans, staff, and the broader event environment, and the agency is specifically warning travelers not to bring drones to stadiums or official World Cup events.
For drone operators, this is not a gray area. During major events like the World Cup, the FAA uses Temporary Flight Restrictions and other airspace controls to secure the area, and even experienced remote pilots with normal authorizations cannot assume they are cleared to fly during active restriction windows. Federal authorities have warned that unauthorized operations can lead to civil penalties up to $75,000, drone confiscation, and possible criminal charges, with the FBI and partner agencies using detection and mitigation capabilities to address unlawful activity.
Help protect the match and protect the fans. Leave your drone at home, respect the No Drone Zones, and always check official FAA airspace restrictions and TFR information before flying anywhere near a host city during the tournament. The focus belongs on the pitch, not on an avoidable drone enforcement action.
