Josh started a Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu class in January at Kinwell. Safe to say this class shifted our culture. We saw a significant change in the students who stuck with it. Josh has become a mentor and friend to these kids. Exactly what they need. Thank you and Josh Woodard!

Our Jiu-Jitsu boys got their first tips today! This group has grown a ton and it’s getting more fun everyday!

Josh Woodard has been coming in twice a week to work with our guys in self defense and Jiu-Jitsu. This is our second week and every day, more guys are joining. It’s been great knowledge and the brotherhood that’s forming could be life changing.
