Justice Intermediate School

Day 4: Today, our students explored modern media production through green screens, podcasting, and drone technology while also tackling a real-world financial simulation. From managing a monthly budget to making decisions about housing, healthcare, and other expenses, students gained valuable insight into both future careers and adult responsibilities.

Day 3 was filled with learning the difference between real images and AI images, creative writing, bacteria growth from Monday’s swab of personal items,becoming teachers, and learning about the environment. We’re so thankful our students have this opportunity! Hooray for KidsCollege!

Day 2 of IUK KidsCollege was a hands on immersive learning experience.

IUK KidsCollege day 1 was a success! We’d also like to thank Kokomo Creek Chubs for hosting us today and for allowing our students to join the Mighty Minnows club!

This is the hard part… saying goodbye to amazing teachers who have dedicated their lives to students. Thank you, Ann Lewis, for 37 incredible years of teaching, and Matt Stout for 32 wonderful years of teaching. Think of all the lives you’ve touched, the lessons you’ve taught, and the difference you’ve made in the hearts of your students over the years. Enjoy your retirement!
