Several years ago I had the opportunity to have a few lessons with a very famous Olympic coach. When discussing what skills I would like to learn I said I would love to learn an aerial cartwheel. He told me that was too difficult for me to learn. This past weekend I did my first aerial in a competition. I am so grateful to have my coach Dawn who has never put limitations on me.
