Carpet for Less

Another homeowner gutted the family room/kitchen taking out old carpet and linoleum flooring. After looking at LVP, they decided on a prefinished engineered floor which was glued down, the island set and its now ready for his daughter to move in!

Luxury Vinyl Plank! 100% moisture proof and easy to install - looselay. This client installed it themselves. No glue, no click. If something does damage a board, just simply lift with suction or tape and replace.

Transformation of a staircase.

The over-sized tub was used as a laundry "catchall" and the shower was dark and closed in. Removing the wall between them, installing a smaller 30" drop in tub with a handheld spray and a frameless glass door gives this client a beautiful new master bath. The shower also has a handheld spray and the waterfall accent, reachable from a 12" bench. There is a large soap niche on the inside wall. Reducing the size of the tub, made room for a make-up desk with laundry drawer and hutch. More photos soon when all the cabinets are installed. This client had a flooded basement and chose a soft frieze in multi-color black, grey and charcoal. Her bare hardwood stairs were noisy and slippery so I️ suggested adding a runner as well.
