BATHROOM FACELIFT
This shared bath was stuck in the 00’s and really dragged on the updated aesthetic of the rest of the home. Upgraded storage options, a bespoke medicine cabinet, contemporary finishes and a few soft touches bring this kids bath from cramped and cluttered to spacious and functional!

The Loft...

This is such a fun bedroom. The floral bed cover is
something that already belonged to the client, and I
thought it was a perfect way to bring in the splash of
bright colors she was looking for. This room is truly
an oasis in it's industrial background. We found
these incredible radiograph prints on glass by Albert
Koetsier that brought in this "field of flowers" vibe. A
perfect backdrop for the combined yoga studio. Not
pictured are the obviously necessary fresh flowers
we had place by the window on the opposite wall.
Falling asleep every night in a field of flowers.. what
a dream!

The Loft…

I love working in a space like this because the
architecture has so much natural character. Nature
takes its course on these old structures and creates
beautiful shades of rust and iron, complemented in
greens by the emergence of mosses, ferns and ivy.
plethora of new patterns form when the earth shifts,
cracking walls, rainfall washes through stone, and
the sun and wind chip away at the old paint. This
space is inspired by the harmony of nature returning
to its place in an industrial landscape.
This minimalistic style incorporates ethically-
sourced and locally made furnishings along with
several multi-functional pieces that lend to its
dynamic livability.
Special thanks to our incredible client on this one as
she was so patient, amenable and just an absolute
pleasure to work with.
