This summer, Cobb libraries are joining the statewide Georgia Reads “Honor the Past. Read for the Future” initiative for America250, a celebration marking the 250th anniversary of the signing of the Declaration of Independence.

Cobb Library Foundation's Library Mini Golf fundraiser is next week ⛳

Putt your way through the library and support a great cause at the Cobb Library Foundation’s Mini Golf Fundraiser! This family-friendly fundraiser supports programs, resources, and services provided by Cobb County Public Library. Admission is $5 for individuals or $15 for families. Tickets are available at the door or at cobblibraryfoundation.org.

North Cobb Library’s Monthly Makers program got creative in May as patrons explored the art of mosaics by crafting colorful wooden coasters.

Using vibrant geometric glass tesserae, participants experimented with patterns, learned the basics of grouting, and transformed tiny pieces into striking designs. Everyone went home with a pair of unique handmade coasters that were as fun to make as they were to show off!
