Compare apples to apples: Alfalfa’s water footprint (acre-feet per $1,000 sales) beats most other Arizona field crops. With top yields and quality, we get more economic bang per drop. This is why alfalfa makes sense in Arizona’s climate and economy. 🌾

Farming isn't just about growing food—it's the foundation that everything else depends on. Without farmers tending land, managing soil, and understanding seasonal rhythms, the whole system falls apart. Industrial agriculture has pushed a lot of people away from farming, but there's a real cost to losing that knowledge and those hands in the soil.

If you've ever grown even a small garden, you start to understand what farmers deal with. Weather, pests, soil health, timing—it's complex work that takes years to master. Supporting local farmers, learning to grow some of your own food, or at least understanding where your food comes from matters more than most people realize.

The more we disconnect from farming, the more fragile our food system becomes. It's worth paying attention to.

Training horses has taught me that your mindset matters.

The more time I spend focusing on what I'm thankful for, the less room there is for everything else.

That's something I try to carry with me both on and off my horses. 🩵

People often ask what makes a Mustang different from any other horse.

The answer isn’t just where they came from—it’s how they think.

Mustangs have spent generations surviving in some of America’s harshest landscapes. Every decision they make is based on awareness, curiosity, and self-preservation. They don’t simply accept pressure because a human asks them to.

They choose to trust.

That choice is what makes training a Mustang so rewarding. Every soft response, every willing step, every quiet moment isn’t something you forced—it’s something you earned.

That’s why so many people who own one Mustang end up owning another.

Because once you’ve experienced that kind of partnership, it’s hard to imagine anything else.

America’s wild horses aren’t just part of our history—they continue teaching us lessons about patience, leadership, and trust every single day.

Have you noticed something unique about your Mustang compared to other horses? Tell us in the comments.

HOLY SMOKES ITS HOT OUTSIDE!!!😮‍💨🔥

These hot temperatures are definitely starting to take a toll on our bodies🫠 but what about our horses?

Extreme heat can take a serious toll on horses by causing dehydration, electrolyte loss, heat stress, and even heat stroke. Horses work hard to cool themselves through sweating, which means they can quickly lose large amounts of water and essential minerals. Signs of heat stress include excessive sweating, rapid breathing, lethargy, and loss of appetite.
