FTOs, FTO supervisor, FTO command/administration, and FTO managers, we need 5 minutes of your time.

The National Association of Field Training Officers and VALOR have teamed up to help improve Officer Wellness training in our FTO programs nation-wide. We recognize how important Officer Wellness is to our law enforcement families and want to play an equally important role in building a concrete training system for our FTOs to utilize. You are our greatest resources. Please take 5 minutes to complete this survey. The information we glean from your responses can one day help shape training across the country.
