Had bike in shop with compressor driven rear air shocks. Compressor wiring was a birds nest and wires were ran with no relay. Front handlebar compressor switch was inop. Added relay to compressor wiring. Replaced handlebar switch and wrapped compressor wiring and tucked away from battery. Air ride shocks now function properly. Due to customer having so many aftermarket items attached to battery terminals I attached a bussbar and ran positive wires to bussbar fused and ran ground wires to frame ground. Aftermarket horns were added to bike but again there was no relay inline for horn circuit. I installed horn relay and ran a fused wire.

Had bike in shop that would not start found several issues. Rectifier regulator over charging battery. Causing several electrical failures. Battery had internal failure, coil had bad resistance readings, icm had bad readings. Carburetor was clogged up with residue. Ignition sensor had melted resin and bad readings. Replaced rectifier regulator, battery, coil, icm and rebuild carburetor. Bike is repaired.

Had bike come into shop with carburetor issues, engine was loading up and running sluggish. Removed and disassembled CV carburetor found damage to choke seat area in carburetor body allowing fuel to bypass choke seat plunger when choke was off. Replaced carburetor with a knock off CV carburetor. Checked float level and installed correct jets for model year bike. Bike runs very good now plenty of power.

Had bike dropped off at shop with left fork separated from cap. Found pinch bolt not securing fork leg. Threads on end cap and fork leg were good, not striped out as I was expecting. Removed both forks cleaned triple tree clamp areas as chrome was flaking off and not gripping fork leg securely. Drained and serviced both forks. Secured fork end cap to fork legs and secured fork legs to triple trees. Bike is good to go. Never saw this before.
