2025 HCRR Schedule

FRIDAY OCTOBER 17th

9:00 AM PARK OPENS

Check-in at Hidden Falls Adventure Park Main Office. Tell them you are attending the Hill Country Rover Rally. You will be responsible for your entry fee's.

OPEN TRAILS (NO GUIDED TRAIL RUNS)

6:00PM - Sausage Wraps and Rally Shirt pickup @ the Discount Tire tent located in Zips Corner

7:00 PARK ENTRY GATE CLOSES

9:00 – 11:30 PM OPEN TRAIL RUNS (YOU MUST BE OFF THE TRAILS BY 11:30 PM)

SATURDAY OCTOBER 18th

8:00 AM PARK OPENS

Check-in at Hidden Falls Adventure Park Main Office. Tell them you are attending the Hill Country Rover Rally. You will be responsible for your entry fee's.

9:00 AM BREAKFAST (Dunkin Donuts and Coffee) and Rally Shirt pick up.

10:00 AM 1ST GUIDED TRAIL OF THE DAY

We will all start to line up in Area B near the Pavilion. BEGINNER TRAILS WILL LINE UP IN CAMP AREA B AND INTERMEDIATE TRAILS WILL LINE UP AT PAVILION IN AREA B.

12:00 PM LUNCHTIME (Schlotzsky's Sandwiches)
and Rally Shirt pick up.

3:00 PM 2ND GUIDED TRAIL OF THE DAY

We will all start to line up in Area B near the Pavilion. BEGINNER TRAILS WILL LINE UP IN CAMP AREA B AND INTERMEDIATE TRAILS WILL LINE UP AT PAVILION IN AREA B

5:00 PM PARK ENTRY GATE CLOSES

6:00 PM DINNER TIME (Chick-fil-a) and Rally Shirt pick up.

7:00 PM - 11:30 PM OPEN TRAIL RUNS (YOU MUST BE OFF THE TRAILS BY 11:30PM)

SUNDAY OCTOBER 19th

OPEN TRAILS ALL DAY SUNDAY

PARK ENTRY CLOSES AT 2 PM – PLEASE PICK UP ALL YOUR TRASH AND LEAVE YOUR CAMP AREA BETTER THAN YOU FOUND IT. PARK CLOSES AT 5:00PM

Please know that food and snacks will not be provided on Sunday. You are responsible for your own meals on Sunday

This year’s rally will be slightly different, as our group of volunteers has decided to take it “back to the beginning.” What does this mean? We started the HCRR 10 years ago and built it up year after year; this year, being the 11th year, it will reset to a new starting point and build up again over the next years to come. One noticeable change this year will be that we will not be having our event raffle or a raffle vehicle. The rally will be focused on trail runs, food, and fun with family and friends, as we did in the beginning. Hope to see everyone at the 11th Annual Hill Country Rover Rally!
