✨ And just like that… 5 years flew by. ✨

Today we’re celebrating 5 years since Holly took one of the bravest—and most rewarding—steps of her career: opening her own salon and turning a childhood dream into reality.

It all began in a small salon suite in Cherry Hill. Tiny, but full of heart. What started as a “this will do for now” quickly became the foundation of something much bigger. After two years, growth was calling. With Layla considering cosmetology school and a vision of building something meaningful alongside Nadia, it was time for the next step.

That step led to a double suite at the Phoenix location in Moorestown—bigger than anything before and full of possibility. At the time, it felt like the forever home.

But growth doesn’t stop when you get comfortable. Two years later, the vision expanded again. More space. More stability. More control over the future. The next move wasn’t just a larger salon—it was ownership.

Purchasing our own building changed everything. Terry and Casey officially joined the team, and having Terry working side-by-side every day—like old times—made this chapter even more special. This space finally gave us the freedom to grow the way we always imagined.

And the full-circle moment? Layla is almost finished with cosmetology school. Watching the next generation step into this journey is something we never could have imagined five years ago.

Five years in, one thing is clear: growth doesn’t come from staying comfortable—it comes from trusting the vision and having the courage to level up.
