My greatest strength is that I am coming into this position as a talented and seasoned painter, with significant prior experience, putting me at an advantage in my career. I am absolutely capable of taking any job in my field and knowing exactly what to do and how to do it, exceeding expectations and producing high quality results, all within a reasonable time frame.

I am confident in myself and the skills I have obtained through the years, and there is no challenge I will not accept and succeed at.

I am a very creative and resourceful individual, and I have a way of seeing things and situations in a way that most others do not. I am an out of the box thinker, if you will. I can create treasure out of trash and bring new ideas and perspectives for all aspects of the jobs

Weaknesses:

My greatest weakness would be that I am so detail oriented, and I work so intently that I can lose myself in the imperfections, at times. I am quite the perfectionist and I see every single blemish, big or small. This is something I actively work on and consider, to reach and maintain the necessary balance this trade requires.
1. Another occupational weakness of mine would be that I am what most would consider to be “OId School,” in my professional performance. I do not agree with cutting corners by any means, and I have difficulty doing so when instructed.
