Maple Grove Hospital, part of the North Memorial Health system, is a community–based hospital that was established in 2009, and we continue to grow within Maple Grove and throughout our surrounding communities. We’re one of the top hospitals in the North Metro for orthopedic joint replacement and have the largest family birth center in the state, delivering 5,000+ babies a year.

This morning marked a major milestone at North – Maple Grove Hospital! Twin Cities Orthopedics surgeon Dr. Christopher Reynolds performed our first spine surgery using the Medtronic Stealth AXiS surgical system, making us the first in the metro and second in the 5-state region to bring this leading-edge technology to patients.
This robotic advancement enhances precision and surgical planning, reflecting our ongoing commitment to elevate care through innovation. It’s a moment made possible by the expertise and collaboration of our partners and care teams - together expanding what’s possible in spine care, every day.

A NICU stay can bring a swirl of emotions for families, and music often becomes a gentle source of comfort in the middle of it all. 🎵
March is Music Therapy Month, and thanks to a donation from the Minnesota Neonatal Foundation and music therapists from Alliance Music Therapy, our NICU babies and families benefit from a truly special form of therapy. Beyond creating a soothing, peaceful atmosphere, music therapy has been shown to support infants by helping stabilize heart rates, increase oxygen saturation levels, and offering parents and caregivers meaningful moments of calm and connection.
We’re deeply grateful to everyone who helps us create a safe, supportive, and nurturing environment for our NICU families. ❤️
