The is the most versatile apparatus in the studio. We use the Cadillac to help our clients build stamina, strength and flexibility. It incorporates exercises from multiple other apparatuses including mat, tower, and Reformer. In addition, we can use the Cadillac to add inversion exercises that challenge clients challenged even more.

The versatility of the Cadillac makes it easy for us to tailor your Pilates practice to meet your current needs. Our goal is to continue to challenge your mind and body for a deeper connection to center. As well as advance your skills and personal practice.

You just practiced one of the foundational principles of Pilates: BREATH 🌬️

In Pilates, your breath is both a tool and a guide. When you slow down and focus on the inhales and exhales, you connect your mind to your body, engage your muscles, and regulate your nervous system. Focusing on your breath can also prevent unnecessary tension in your neck and shoulders.
